Matrix Poker – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between F2LYG LTD (“Company”) and the Alpha Participant (“Participant”).

1. Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes all non-public information related to Matrix Poker, including but not limited to game mechanics, designs, features, and technical details.

2. Obligations
The Participant agrees to:

• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party.
• Not reproduce, screenshot, record, or otherwise share any non-public materials.
• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of testing and providing feedback.

3. Exceptions
The obligations above do not apply to information that is:

• Already public through no fault of the Participant.
• Independently developed without reference to the Company’s materials.

4. Duration
This Agreement remains in effect during the Alpha period and for two (2) years after its conclusion.

5. Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in the Confidential Information remain with the Company.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

By participating in the Alpha, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and this NDA.
