Matrix Poker – Alpha Test Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Matrix Poker Alpha Test (“Alpha”) provided by F2LYG LTD (“Company”). By accessing the Alpha, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
The Alpha is by invitation only. Participants must be at least 18 years old. The Alpha is a play-money environment only and does not involve real gambling or prizes of monetary value.

3. Non-Commercial Use
The Alpha is provided solely for testing, feedback, and entertainment. You may not use the Alpha for commercial purposes, tournaments, or public streaming without prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality
All features, designs, gameplay, and related materials are confidential and proprietary to the Company. Participants may not share screenshots, videos, or any non-public information without express permission.

5. Feedback
By participating, you grant the Company the right to use any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide for product improvement, without restriction or compensation.

6. Data Collection
The Company may collect anonymized gameplay data, performance metrics, and crash reports to improve the platform. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Alpha is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The Company is not responsible for bugs, crashes, data loss, or other issues. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Termination
The Company may revoke access to the Alpha at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
